EASY TO ASSEMBLY: 1) put the aluminium staibilisers in one of the legs. 2) Push the rods into remain leg holes alternating

first only a little one and then the other, repeating back and forth

until the ends of the rods abut the edge of the sleeve. Disassembly is also simple by gently pulling out the rods alternately with small movements. Never-ever pull out just one rod individually in one step, this big moovement may broke the hole.
